#asktheexperthow to reduce my wt .after pregnancy my wt put almost 10 kg.during pregnancy only 8kg pu on.

A. hi mom u should start exercising along with strict diet control take protein rich diet low fat and low sugar ... start brisk walk yoga cycling swimming etc .. ok

A. Hi mom To reduce weight start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce the weight. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. U can also do abs jogging, cycling. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat.
