please do the following things:
start to do exercises or yoga regularly
Walk walk and walk.
don't use vehicle for short distance
eat couple of bites less than usual
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
increase your fluid intake
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning
keep breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs it will also help to burn out extra calories
