#AskTheExperthi dr. ,can you suggest me what is better to use either ghee for preparing food of my 11month baby or rice bran oil..??

A. Ghee is good and even vegetable oil can be used for cooking and always prefer adding ghee over top of foods and give a healthy nutritious diet to the baby take care
