#AskTheExpertDear gynaecologist, after c- section my tummy bulges I also tried postpartum belts for 2 months then that time my tummy shrinks, after taking it away my belly returns to its normal position and bulges how long that I have to use postpartum belt ,plz differenciate between belly fat and belly bulging .what is the right time to start exercising after c section , plz give me a good suggestion doctor

A. then you try brands. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutyou can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well
