#asktheexpert with what food I can fulfill the iron deficiency in kids ... I know spinach and ????????

A. all vegetables perfectly green leafy vegetables every good source of iron you can as well you some non vegetarian food also to the baby including eggs . . . . .

A. Hi parent I suggest you please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet like almond jaggery dates walnuts spinach etc please include one citrus fruit in your child daily diet vitamin C is very important for absorption of iron
