#AskTheExpert why don’t give sugar and salt to baby. How these things can be explain to elders.

you can use
but in very very small quantity
because young babies don't have fully developed digestive system, their kidneys can not cope up with extra amount of salt as we adults take.
so please add salt in very very small quantity.
instead of using sugar,I will suggest you to use jeggary as it is safe and hygienic.
