Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl10 months agoA. hi ji ,ideally it can be given after age of one year but in our india , at majority of parts , we introduce this earlier at age of 10 months too but i advise to use salt in limit and strictly avoid sugar ,instead of it you may use jeggary
