ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. It initially honey should be introduced after one year of age and not before abd salt abd sugar can ge started around seven months abd use jaggery powder fir sweet foods and rock salt for savoury dishes

U Can only give salt to the child after completing the age of six months will eat you can definitely be to the time also I like to tell you honey and any other thing like milk left for three packet milk or sugar all these things can be introduced only after the age of one year not before that
