#AskTheExpert Will it be okay to give salt and sugar to my 10 months old daughter? If not sugar then what can be the replacements?

A. Hello mom Yes in small amounts both sugar and salt can be given but would suggest to give jaggery or dates or raisins and replacement of refined white sugar salt can we use either seendha or rock salt also.
