ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, at 4 months, you should not give any meals to your baby. You should exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.

Just The breastfeeding is sufficient to be given up till the age of six months after that only you can introduce anything else to the child it strictly recommended that you only and only breastfeed your child for first six months after birth as that’s the right thing to do
