#asktheexpert which milk is preferred more? The bigger question is are dairy supposed to be safe nowadays for babies after so many articles going around regarding high adulteration rates in dairy products specially?

Try as much to give your child, local dairy milk that is safe to consume. Limit the total dairy intake to maximum of 500 ML per day and rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids, good luck and take care.
