#AskTheExpert when we give morning sunlight to baby which time is best and in winter time can we give sunlight by wearing one layer cloth or sweater? And as a routine we go out in garder putting her in stoller for half an hour daily around morning 8-9am, do we stop as winter

Of course you can use a sweater if you want to go ahead as for whatever is convenient for you and for the child secondly when the sun is on the little higher side that time you should give in indirect sunlight to the child apart from your morning ritual that is also going to be helpful
