Q.

#AskTheExpert We don't get morning sunlight at home. So what should we do from - 1. Give evening 5 pm sunlight at home? or 2. Take my newborn to a nearby garden in the morning for sunlight? or anything else?

A. only morning sunlight is rich in vitamin d. so try to move outside and sit in a garden. its important for mother as well as baby. give only breastmilk till completion of six months

A. hello mum if it is possible to take the child to the nearby garden early in the morning for the sunlight then this is the better option then the evening one because it's always best to get them morning sunrays for the baby to avoid the jaundice
