#AskTheExpert when my delivery is complete after delivery my stool way made piles I have taken many tablets not working...

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 3 years agoA. piles is mostly due to problem of in digestion so it would be better to have more of green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet which will help easy digestion and also have adequate water intake u can apply I jatyadi tel over the anal region while sleeping at night for 3 to 5 days
