ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. Hello dear I will not suggest you to take Ayurvedic medications especially when you are breastfeeding. Apply smuth cream twice a day on the area of piles, take high fiber diet and lots of water
