ExpertDr Sheetal AggarwalObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. hi mom u need to consult with surgeon for proper examination and treatment of piles .. u need to avoid constipation .. take fibres rich diet and plenty of fluids

It Happens to certain Women that get piles after delivering a child if you want you can consult your gynaecologist they will suggest a proper treatment and medication for the same so you continue with that still if you do not feel better then so they would be the last option for it
