Hello maam If you had a normal delivery then after 2 to 3 months when you are stitches he’ll completely you can go for easy exercise and lighter exercise of yoga and if you had a C-section delivery then you can start it after the time of 6 to 8 months And moreover when your stitches are completely healed and doc allows u to go for any kind of exercise
