Almost After 3 to 4 months let your external stitches he’ll completely after that slowly gradually you can resume to another thing but before you go for a normal cycle you should definitely get a check with your doctor because C-section stitches a little critical take a longer time to heat which is why it’s recommended to take more precautions when you have a C-section surgery
