A. Hello dear, It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery. You need to consult your doctor before you start some routine. tc.

A. just three months of delivery, after c section delivery exercises you start at 4-6 months as you feel healed up start with brisk walking,or yoga or low intense exercise gradually increase the intensity
