#AskTheExpert what to do if my son's haemoglobin is 9 and he is not eating the desired food that he have to eat for eg. beet root, jaggery, anjeer, etc? is there any alternative option for the same?

A. hi give iron drops as per your doctor's Suggestions. give plenty of breastfeeds . use jeggary instead of sugar while preparing food for your child give fruits like apple, pomegranate, strawberry etc
