#asktheexperts How should I increase haemoglobin of my 4 years child? As he didn't eat any green vegetable proper, and also not drink the beet root and carrot juice.

A. For sometime start an iron supplement and try to add green leafy vegetables in diet and in morning give one or two prunes and soaked black raisins along with its water

Hi mom Offer different varieties of food Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge cereals Take a good care Maintain hydration Maintain hygiene Offer different varieties of food Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
