Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. 3 months baby having gas This is natural in small babies they will be having pain in the stomach because of gas please give colicaid drops to the baby e 0.5 ml three times a day regularly it is safe no need to worry

Ya Where is Gas reflux which is very common with kids at this age because they mostly lying down all the time they are not able to digest the milk properly which is why they were made they have gas issues they have stomach pain for first six months all these things are completely normal
