A. mother will have to take plenty of green leafy vegetables as well as food which is rich in iron and also take proper diet according to the age as well as according to the body activity

A. That’s way below average so I would suggest you to take iron shots in form of injections you can take them you should take Iron rich diet for yourself and regular supplements are definitely going to be very beneficial for you to increase your haemoglobin levels
