Q.

#AskTheExpert I got my haemoglobin level as 8.6 ..and my 7th month is going to get over in 3 days.. so is this level of haemoglobin normal at this stage and if not then what should I do to increase my haemoglobin level?

A. the child is suffering from anaemia due to iron deficiency so you'll have to give food which is rich in iron and like cereals pulses apple banana as gwell as green leafy vegetables and beetroot. also you will have to start iron suppclements and it would consist of iron folic acid and vitamin b12 and take follow up every month with the doctor
