#asktheexperts my 3 years child haemoglobin level increasing very low as trifer(iron hydroxide polymaltose oral syrup advice by doctor in last 6 month and her haemoglobin level 6.5 to 8 now what can I do next

A. Hello! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the daily diet for better health and nutrition. Complete the course of medication as advised by the doctor and there should be a gradually improvement in the condition.
