A. my baby is not sucking my hide milk only she suck easily foremilk I don't understand I have milk or not as sometimes when I press milk comes out and sometimes it doesn't I don't understand milk is their or not

A. Put spices while making foods. Everything needs to be cooked properly. Dry fruits and fruits can be consumed as it is.

A. To increase breast milk supply, include healthy and nutritious foods like fenugreek seeds, cumin, carom seeds, garlic, oats with nuts, dry fruits, legumes, ghee, chicken, eggs, banana, avocado, brown rice, fennel seeds and milk. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts and latch baby frequently as supply largely depends on the demand.
