A. Avoid taking seafood, Spicy food and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction,coffee,meet and non veg, Beans Cabbage Dairy products Onions Tomatoes Caffeine Chocolate Eggs Soy, Citrus food products,Processed food.avoid all at least till 6 month of age

A. Anything that has more of seeds into it you should avoid that kind of food currently for the motherhood breast feeding because she is a not good for your C-section stitches which is why it is said that you should just avoid that kind of food as of now as you can and most of the healthy foodWrite Your Answer Here
