#asktheexpert what should be the sleep.pattern of 3 months old. is it ok if she sleeps less during the day?

A. hi your baby is 3 months old now at this age baby doesn't have day and night cycle rhythm developed so baby sleep at odd times and might remain awake during the night and sleep during the day

A. Hi dear good afternoon Newborns sleep pattern is unpredictable. It's quite normal in newborns .That's how they function. It's not a concern. After few months they will start to follow a sleep routine. Follow a sleep pattern ensure to put your baby to sleep at the same time every day.
