add fruits and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables, nuts plenty of fluids avoid fasting and long gaps between meals, avoid sugary products deep fried foods etc

please do the following things:
start to do exercises or yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery.
till that Walk walk and walk
don't use vehicle for short distance
eat couple of bites less than usual
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
increase your fluid intake
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning
maintain good hygiene
