Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi hormonal changes, injection that you got during surgery, nutritional deficiencies etc so please take Healthy and nutritious diet please don't sit or stand for long period take Apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day try heating pad like Babyhug heating pad to get relief in pain
