give only breastmilk till completion of Six month.
always wash your hands before touching your baby.
avoid eating besides your baby bed.
use soft clothing.give sunbathing every morning

This is milia on the baby face which will disappear on its own within few weeks. so no need to worry and no need to apply anything.
Also make sure that you use good skincare products like babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free keeps the rashes away
