My baby is 3 months old and he have small small red acne on the face. please suggest the remedy .

U Can definitely go ahead with applying calamine lotion regularly I want to the area that is going to help in settling the rashes down but if it is only on the face you should once get a check with your doctor as well because you do need to know why the rashes are appearing at such small age
