Sonam PatelMom of a 9 m old girl2 months agoA. Hi, this could be new born acne. It's absolutely normal. Avoid oil for few days. Make sure you use good skincare products. You can talk to the pediatrician too once. When my son was having extreme dryness and acne, doctor suggested the Aveeno Baby Dermexa range.
