PreranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old girl6 years agoA. Hello.. Keep bbay skin always moisturized twice in a day Baby acne will usually clear up in a few weeks. Washing your baby's face with water and using a mild moisturiser may help and give coconut oil massage. If it doesn’t clear up after three months, see your child pediatrician or dermatologist..
