A. Hi Mom, Here are some of the foods to keep well hydrated during summer. Bananas, cauliflower, celery, cucumbers, spinach, radishes, strawberries, water melon, bottle gourd, milk, lettuce etc. These are all helps us to stay well hydrated. Thank yo.
