A. at this time. child should eat whatever you cook for your whole family. give 3-4 healthy meals. offer 2-3 servings of fruits and vegetables. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly

A. Hello dear parent! By this age your child should be eating all the healthy homemade foods that you daily prepare for family. Give 3 meals and 2 small snacks in a day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Good luck and take care.
