#AskTheExpert what food i should avoid after c section and while breast feeding. and any vegetable or fruoit to avoid?can i eat potato and ice cream? baby is 53 days old.

please take easily digestible food
please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your daily diet
