#AskTheExpert what excersise should I do in second trimister of pregnency and when should I start to have food for good skin of my child.

A. Hi You can start with basic yoga right now but that has to be supervised by an expert who is expert in free time you got that you can follow apart from that you can start having any kind of food after your first three months when you are physically healthy to go for whatever you feel is going to be healthy for the child you can go ahead with that
