give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet
give Massage to your child daily

to increase iron level:
please offer food like green leafy vegetables, tomatoes soup,nuts , beetroot ,ragietc more
use jeggary instead of using sugar while making food for your child
give citrus fruits like grapes , orange etc more for good absorption of iron
