A. the child is suffering from anaemia due to iron deficiency so you'll have to give food which is rich in iron and like cereals pulses apple banana as well as green leafy vegetables and beetroot. also you will have to startf iron supplements and it would consist of iron folic acid and vitamin b12 and take follow up every month with the doctor . d

A. Supplements play a very important role in this case so of course you should give a supplement try and include beetroot and pomegranate one time each into the diet of your child and along along with that spinach broccoli black rice pomegranate jaggery all these things are going to be very good for Iron content into the body of your child
