A. start exercise. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide youyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios tooCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads.

A. Hello dear parent! Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Be physically active as much as possible. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
