you can give peracetamol drops for fever
but first , measure the temperature,if it is 100f or above then and then Medicine is required.
for low grade fever , give Sponge bath.
or rub onion slices on chest and back of your child which definitely help to cure cold , cough and fever
keep your child well hydrated
dress your child lightly
keep your child in well vantileted room
you may use Babyhug rapid relief rub for cold and cough too
