Q.

#AskTheExpert this is my 7th month going, and i feel burning sensation at my foots n hands especially in nights... how to get rid of that

A. hi it is sign of acidity. so please avoid taking processed oily spicy food. you can take curd with mint leaves in it ,it is best . but please prefer homemade curd and it should not be too sour. drink plenty of water. at night , before sleep time ,drink cool milk.
