#AskTheExpert that how long the c section pregnancy needs to recover like pain in back, shoulder, head and stitches

A. There won’t be head pain unless it is lactation headaches . Body pains will take atleast one year to reduce as the reorganizational changes take that much time atleast to happen

A. It takes 4 to 6 weeks to recover from a C-section The uterus, abdominal wall, and skin need to heal after a C-section. The initial healing occurs within 4 to 6 weeks postpartum
