#AskTheExpert sir my daughter is sick, she is cold I think because of climate, what to do without any tablets

A. hi, Common colds are usually caused by a virus. And when it is viral, it heals on its own without any medication... stick to the good home remedies like steaming, applying and massaging heated mustard oil to your baby's chest and back, increased breastfeeding, plenty of rest/sleep, and using nasal saline drops. if it increases do consult your paediatrician
