#AskTheExpert Sir, my daughter is going to complete 3 years March n she is only 13kgs. Any suggestions to weight gain.Though she is very sharp in mind and super active.

A. Hi mom, If baby us active its enough no need to worried about your babys weight. Offer weight gaining foods like cereals and whole grains health mix, ghee, dals, curd, yogurt, lean meat, dates, nuts and walnuts and offer all seasonal fruits and vegetables.
