Q.

#AskTheExpert she is having cold since last two days due to this season. we are giving solvin cold and peracetamol prescribed by doc earlier. should we continue giving or as two days are passed should visit pediatrician again?

A. please continue the medicine given by the doctor Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby
