Please elaborate your queries more. You can try bathing from filtered water if water in your areas is not good and suiting the baby.
Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc. Use besan by adding little milk and turmeric powder instead of soap in case of extremely dry skin.
