ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Start taking steam twice apply Vicks Vaporub and out saline nasal drops and have warm liquids like soups and rest is very important stay hydrated and eat fruits and vegetables warm turmeric milk take care
