A. there are a variety of food options available that help to boost immunity of a toddler starting with a balanced diet intake of curd during afternoon is very important fruits should be a part of the diet of your child however they should be consumed during afternoon as a mid morning snack apart from this pulses should be given lentils are important seasonal vegetables play an important role should not forget to include every vegetable in the diet of your child especially ginger and garlic if you consume it apart from this you can make homemade atashira which is very nutritious and healthy and helps in building immunity as well give chayawanprasha to your child it is very healthy and keeps the body d strong from within
